Poster Presentation Details

Poster presentations will take place Saturday morning March 20, 2010.

Equipment Provided:  Poster Boards of 32" x 40" black foam core board and push pins will be provided by AEFA.  Any other equipment must be obtained by the participant at their own expense.

AEFA has a few suggestions regarding your poster presentation 

• Use PowerPoint to design your presentation with a page size of 32" x 40".  Horizontal or vertical is your choice. 
• The foam core board is black, consider this when you chose your layout and color scheme.
• Most universities have a plotter for large presentation posters.  We have found these plotters to be in departments like graphic arts, architecture, and building construction.  You will save lots of money printing your poster by going this route compared to using a commercial establishment. 
• Although paper submissions are not required for participating in the poster session, if you would like to send in your paper for review, please send it to Susanna Loebsloeb@suse.standford.edu
